This soothing face serum is like harnessing drops of harvest moonlight. Ceramides and peptides help strengthen the skin barrier and smooth fine lines. Autumn botanicals of oat, prickly pear and cranberry mingle with Prairie wildflower oils of calendula, marshmallow, sunflower and starflower (borage) for a balanced blend that protects and calm the skin.

Oat & Wildflower Barrier Boost Face Serum is lightweight and fast-absorbing. It's suitable for morning and night, as a primer under makeup, and can be combined with most face creams for a boost of barrier-support actives. It's ideal for any skin type seeking a stronger and more resilient skin barrier.

The Magic:

~ Ceramides
Ceramides are the 'mortar' between skin cells that naturally form a protective barrier. They decrease with age and in compromised skin so we've added Ceramide NP and NG alongside natural ceramides in oat oil to help reinforce the integrity of the skin barrier.

~ Oat Oil
This luscious oil is rich in palmitic acid, which helps protect and soothe the skin. It's also one of the most abundant sources of natural ceramides.

~ Prickly Pear Seed Oil
Many oils are afforded the title 'liquid gold' but this one really earns it. This silky oil is deeply moisturizing while remaining lightweight and fast-absorbing. It's antioxidant with significant levels of Vitamin E and natural Vitamin K helps your skin glow.

~ Wildflower Oil Complex
The power of Prairie botanicals: Calendula, marshmallow, sunflower, star flower (borage) and meadowfoam—create an intensely soothing and balanced blend of vitamins E and A plus a touch of GLA (gamma linolenic acid) to support the skin barrier.

~ Peptides
This particular peptide is a gentle and protective collagen-signalling peptide, which visibly—albeit temporarily—smooths fine lines. Over time, studies show that it does lessen the appearance of fine lines.

The Ritual:

After cleansing, massage 3-5 drops over face and décolleté morning and/or night. If using a face cream, mix in a drop or two of serum or apply serum as the final step. 

To boost water hydration: Gently massage and pat oil serum onto skin dampened with a bit of water until absorbed. Then, lock it in with an extra drop or two of straight serum for extra moisture if needed. Or combine with a face cream.
